Making some woods for Dark Tidings Campaign weekend. Would these be terrible if I left them without foliage? I CAN do it, but would a table of barren trees look OK to you? Obviously I will finish painting them and flock the ground.

Instead of green happy foliage... Maybe metal chains dangling like evil willow vines?
Maybe even chains with decapitated heads attached to their ends? Or skulls? Not enough skulls in Warhammer these days.

I think a forest of 'dead' trees would look quite menacing

My stonetower. Just need to make a ramp and supports to hold it in the back. Then prime and paint.

Make 2 ramps, one on either side of the head spike. Leave ample room between them (for the creature's head to move around). Maybe some crude spikes on the end of the ramps to bite into the fortress walls (or puny defenders).

Bridge up Bridge down True on the 6s, but siege towers are expensive and Killarney by artillery, don't forget.

The bridge is pre-fabbed to have a slot to hit over the giant spikey Rhine horn... LOVE IT! What is the Siege Rhino sneezes?

By the way, Kevin, the Ogres and Tomb Kings deserve a special model build akin to the War Wagon and Beer Tank. Not for this campaign turn, but eventually. I nominate this model for me, as it has the story line of the Ogres having to abandon their marauding ways and learn new tactics to gain the sustenance that the Great Maw demands.

The ogres tell the beast "hold your head still while we lower this ramp".

I am imagining a sexy Ogre whispering sweet nothings into his pet rhino's ear...

After this campaign season, I will submit something new too. Might end up being my giant war mammoth, which is already built. Might be something new and totally unique.
