I really wish the Blackfire Pass and the other 2 Tamurkhan books had come to pass.

Grom and chariot looks incredible! It really captures the almost comedic vibrancy that I love in Warhammer goblins. I also completed my November pledge. Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli ready for Warhammer battle.

Huzzah! Love your work with the unit champ. He certainly stands out with his 'twoface' look. I'm impressed with your modelling work in getting them into a ranking up cohesive unit. How did you find the Infernal Guard to paint? Did you find them very different from standard dwarfs or similar? I think alanthemoderate made the right call with the Khalida purple cloak, I had a look at last months challenge to compare the two and while they both look good I think the purple gives her a softer, slightly more regal air. I'm sure it's been a hard slog getting through my stuff! I can't wait to receive it all. Hopefully it comes by Christmas time. It's basically my Warhammer Christmas present anyway, whenever it comes. Really appreciate you putting in the hard work to paint all these models for me. Quite a varied and eclectic selection. Huge work Mottdon.... almost too huge!

No problem, GMW! I'm glad that you like them (it's always nerve-wracking when painting for someone else)!
The infernal guard weren't that difficult to paint themselves, but for whatever reason, I had the hardest time deciding on a specific color scheme! I tried quite a few actually (even including a Deathstroke scheme). None of them "felt right". I wanted something dark and nefarious, metalic and industrious, and positively lethal. The Purple, Metal and Gold combo spoke to me more than any other.

imrillion, BOOM indeed. It is the end of the month. Time to take stock. I finished six of the pikemen, the other 16 are in various states of unfinished-ness. I did get distracted by a shiny magma cannon and in the end nothing got finished. But, there is always next month.

I also failed to complete anything extra but did go on a bit of a building spree instead with Morghur, 10 Wildwood Rangers and 10 Gor finally unboxed and put together. I’ve now got quite a bit I need to undercoat but I don’t think it’s stopped raining here for the last month, so who knows when that might happen. The Grudge thrower, Glade Captain and 10 Wild Riders are all in various stages of painting.
