I am going to pledge to actually completing a model. My paint board (which in fairness is only about 8*12 inches at most) is so full I can’t actually fit anything else on it. Still this won’t stop me trying, especially as this week I finally received my long awaited Kickstarter resin Vampire Blood Bowl team from Willy Miniatures. This can only further help the non painting procrastination 😂.
Edit: my excuse last month for an abnormally poor output, was having 7 appraisals to write (all done in the evening), two weeks ill and auditors in for two weeks so stupid work hours (probably contributed to the illness). This month will involve not doing any work outside of the office if I can and going back to my happy place!
My pledge last month was a flop. The second half of the month became very busy and very little progress was made. So, I will have another go at last month's pledge. It was a unit of 20 DE Bleakswords. I made it to 13 last month. I'll try to get the other 7 plus the movement tray.
I didn't manage to paint anything last month - work, new dog and a large build pile all conspired to stop me. However, I've got some more dwarves primed and ready to go - I'd like to at least get the regular infantry done (5 x Longbeards, 1 x Hammerer) and hopefully my Lord on shieldbearers and Anvil of Doom too. If things go well, perhaps all the AoW characters I've got as well.
Sadly this means finishing off my Mortarch model will be postponed yet again.
First part down. As I made the new 6ed model I figure out I should go back and change some stuff I wasn’t happy with on the old ones. I am pretty happy with the new hair color and the colors I mixed(old Vallejo new Kimera) is almost look as the old ones.
