I'm in the middle of a rather unpleasant situation with Victrix and wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience or if I'm just unlucky?
I ordered 6 boxes of Napoleonic Infantry and it took them about a month to ship them during which they cancelled one of the boxes from the order and when I received the order it only contained 4/5 boxes that were in the shipping manifest and to top it off one of the four boxes was the wrong kit!
Has anyone else had something like this?

It happens in smaller companies as it’s a lot of manual handling. What is important is their response on how to fix it. Lost kingdom messed up my order but their support fixed it pronto with awesome customer care. Made me like em more even if they messed up my order

I've ordered from them 2 times in the past 3 months, I found their service slow (like they hold no stock - and make the products as/when they're ordered). I had relatively small orders from them (not 6 boxes), so maybe the amount of boxes you ordered threw them off... Even though it shouldn't! Their models are awesome, maybe try ordering from a stockist, that way the order will their problem and not yours! Hehe. Firestorm Games has them in store, if you were looking for a decent one!
