34 bestigor full command and the banner of discipline 453
5 harpies 55
And a bestigor 55

Are those three infantry blocks to be in horde formation? If so, you've got your whole army revolving around three unwieldy blocks. I would be tempted to put some faster moving elements in there beyond just a unit of harpies and a single razorgor. Beastmen chariots aren't top-notch, but then nothing in their army book is, and they're still pretty good.

I've found chariots very hit or miss but i suppose you are right in fact...

I really struggle to use beastmen chariots well (despite taking two almost every game). It’s probably just me, so I wouldn’t miss them being in my list necessarily. If I had the models I’d be tempted to run two hordes of Gor as they inevitably my most reliable troops. Though I do think you need another Razorgor. I’d probably drop the ungor raiders to fit it in. The issue I often have, is coming across opponents that only have one or two blocks of troops and lots of more mobile elements. If you often face that, then having the 3 blocks may be a bit wasted and they will be slightly unwieldy (as Sedge said). Still it’s nice to block off most of the table in battle for the pass 😀

Id recommend taking the 206 bsb and dropping one of the gor units for more chaff and beefing up the remaining hordes. Also, for the level 4, tailsman of preservation, crown of command, jagged dagger and a magic weapon or extra hand weapon and put him in the bestigors with standard of discipline. That way you have a stubborn block of bestigors that can punch their way through most things and a block of S4 T4 gors that can be made S5 T5 with the base beast spell.

I know this is often debated but I prefer sword & board over addition hand weapon on infantry. I find the Perry save comes in handy more. Only the front rank is getting that extra attack.
I like Razorgors over Ungor Raiders. The raiders are dirt cheap but they can't do much more than redirect. At least the Razor gor can charge and possibly kill things. They can clear small chaff and go after war machines.

I'm totally ignorant about Beastmen but as a WoC player that habitually include chariots in my army lists the Tuskgor Chariot seem like a nice area-denial unit at a cheap price. Two of them placed side by side would likely be able to secure one of your flanks since not many units would want to risk receiving 2D6 S5 hits.

Yeah Tuskgor Chariots are great, they're solid in the abstract and all-stars when compared to most of the Beastmen book. beastyboy I'd consider using the Warhammer Armies Project Beastmen book if your opponent is okay with it - drive.google.com/open?id=0B_Redi9cZJ5iVTFFbVVEUFpUc2c much more appealing in my opinion while not OP or anything.

I like the list in general simply due to the number of bodies and it's quite a thematic list imo with masses if gors/Bestigor rampaging forwards.
If you don't want to use the Beast banner id recommend shaving one of the gor units down by 7 guys and including another Razorgor for another unit drop and more hitting power.
I can see the lure of the 3 hordes though. That should look awesome on the table.

I have had the 206 snipped out by death magic so many times it just feels like giving points away , and as an army that relies on so many ld tests...
