10 Skink Skirmishers, Javelins and Shields
25 Temple Guard, Full Command
5 Chameleon Skinks

I like it as an all comers list. Good mix of units.

Not much to add here. I usually do a different combo on the Slann, with the channeling staff + Harmonic, but other than that, I think it's a good list. Watch out for cannons.

Each to their own of course. I play 25% more regularly now so obviously cannot generally have a slann and old blood in the same list. I like the cowboy load out.
The Slann, I get what you've done but I'd not want to pay the extreme price for the book. We could debate stuff all day on over priced items though.
The skink. I've generally gone with heavens and default one of the spells to the signature - wrapped up a Dwarf Lord with three of these the other day.
I'm guessing you've got blowpipe armed skink models, otherwise I see no reason at all for taking them other than WYSIWYG. Camo skinks - apart from the fact they scout and are a little harder to hit suffer from the same rules as a normal skink and as such don't think they are that good. If your opponent deploys his army along the base line they may as well be normal skinks.
Does the stegs (either/both) have any upgrades? I'm a fan of the sharpened horns and on the ancient the EotG.
