Great work KevC.
Just to say i have done a bit more sampling/testing and i find the Retiributors/paladins very fair.
In a recent game my unit of 3 including prime was able to kill a Great Unclean one (375 points stock, 4 wounds remaining) with 1 Retributor surviving on 2 wounds. The thunderstomp coming in at the same time they strike makes things intersting.
For playtest purposes i pitted 6 liberators with prime vs 3 paladins with prime twice to see what would happen. The Liberator unit is more expensive and should win but i thought the d3 wounds from the paladins would be too much. Both times the Liberators defeated the paladins which is the way it should be!
Im not sure if this was in the draft 2, but why do Stormcast hate the Legion of Azgorth? The Chaos Dwarfs dont serve the 'ruinous powers' in the same way the others do.
Looking forwards to eventually getting/painting a knight azyros(silver tower expansion) to lead my stormcast in 8th edition.

Excellent, excellent work! I really like how this armylist envolved from draft 1. It's without the best Stormcast armylist I have seen. I like it that you removed the combined profile for ridden monsters.

I feel like a broken record with this item but unless I am missing something this issue is still unresolved. With the Riders of the Storm army special rule what happens if the initial unit champion placement plus the artillery die roll moves the unit champion off of the table edge or the unit champion ends up in a legal location after scattering but then there is not space to form the unit up around him in a legal manner?
Besides that everything looks good to me.

I agree with Dan. There needs to be something to address this. Maybe of the table is dead and the form up reads something as relates to add many models as can be placed, which could mean just the unit champion.

I was wondering if there were any plans to update this list to include the Knight Questor from Silver Tower?

I will be using this list for a game i am GMing between 2 long time mates over the Christmas break. A long time mate visiting from Japan is going to have his second 8th edition battle in like 6 years haha.
Chaos vs High Elves and Stormcast.
1200 points worth of Stormcast (all my models)
As i have painted the Silver Tower Knight Questor he is a part of the force and will make his debut. As there are currently no EEFL rules for the model I've costed him as 105 points to make a round 1200 point allied Stormcast Eternals force which fits into the army lists.
For his profile I just used the Eefl Liberator Prime profile with a bonus of he causes 2 wounds on a 6 to wound (from his Warscroll). His other buff is that he gets rerolls to hit against Heroes and Lords which seems to fit his background. Other than those 2 buffs (to make up the 40 point gap) he is a solo Liberator-Prime doing his thing.
Will definitely provide some feedback after the battle. This will be my first 8th Edition game using the Eefl Lord Celestant on Dracoth rules so very curious as to how Spikus Hammerhand performs.

Very interesting as they are some of the best models GW has ever produced. Just curious whether can they fit into 25 square base or not. Would be hard to rank up with all those details.

His are on 40 mm bases though. No, I don't think they will fit on 25 mm squares.

Oh, I thought you were asking about 40mm. They def cannot fit on 25 mm.

I would put all the profiles and all the rules in these books. Not everyone has access to the most current version of the Empire army book and so cannot look up the rules for Ghal Maraz or empire flagellants (for example).
I'm excited! I've loved these models but have ZERO desire to play AoS so if I can still paint these things and play with them I may motivate myself to try this out!

I suppose even though these books are OOP cpyright still applies huh? I thought of that as I was posting but for some reason it didn't click...
Well, I guess I'll need to hunt down an empire book then.
What if you "renamed" the item but gave it the exact same profile? Still too close?
