I was eager to post my target for November so I hope Mottdon doesn't mind me starting this thread so long... Next up I want to finish 40 Night gobbo archers to match the painted one:

Well this came up quick. Epic Night Goblin archer horde pledge. I'm going to once again pledge a solitary model painted to completion. This time the Shaggoth conversion pictured. I'm optimistic I will get a bit of painting done this month and finish more than just this guy but I'll start low. Once the Shaggoth is done I'm looking forwards to being able to field a 2000 point dragon ogre so good motivation

I'll continue to list WE's that I may or may not paint.
Lord on Great Stag 15 of the second style plastic archers
I also recently picked up several versions of merry, pippin, frodo, Sam, Gimli and Legolas. I'm going to potentially paint them up for my mums xmas pressie (she is a massive Lotr fan and has some of them unpainted).
However I may get distracted by something I've just finished assembling that will have to go in the 'other not 8th' section...

I'll probably get back into painting sometime soon as Destiny is getting boring.
I'm going to start slowly though to try and get back into the swing of things.
I think 10 stormvermin this month will be enough. Maybe I'll get more done...who knows.

I actually have a good excuse for this month.. someone snapped my hand at football so no painting for me until I'm out of plaster. It has made me super eager to get back painting

Not sure where to begin this month... have too many unassembled unpainted models....
I will paint my second house and its a tower. Then I want to finish festus the leach lord. And I want a hord of marouders so need to finish 20 of those. I also want scyla anfingrimm to run khorne only. But most likley I will do a frost Phoenix.
I also need to do some hills... as we have none.

ryrak, glad to have you back!
horace, ouch. Warhammer is so much safer as a hobby.
Lots of goals here big and small, I like it. Mine: finish just a few more state troops, rocking red-blue. And, paint 10x quarrelers, to round out my dwarf army.

Henning knows I have a full Tank company on my hand. Still I pledge these most dashingly handsome of lads for both November and December. Finger crossed!

Hey, guys! Sorry, I haven't been keeping things updated very much lately, but I have had a good excuse too. All 4 of my quadruplets as well as my wife and I were hit with various illnesses at some point in the past 2-3 weeks. This culminated last week when 2 of my 2 year olds were suddenly hospitalized after a visit to our Pediatrician. By that same afternoon, they were being airlifted (via helicopter) to a larger, more capable hospital 3 hours away from our home. Needless to say, I was more than a bit stressed. This past week has been one of the longest, yet fastest, weeks of my life. Good news is that both of my kids in the hospital have (mostly) recovered, and are back at home with me as of yesterday! Now that they are out of harms way, I'm starting to feel the effects of my illness as well, since I have been powering through it all. Meh. Thank you, henning, for starting this thread! I was actually worried about not being able to get to it! As for my pledge this month, I'm going to continue my work on 20 Longbeards and hopefully completing them. I might do the random model here and there as well. Here's a little random Orc that I had sitting around that I managed to quickly throw some paint on.

mottdon glad your kids are better. Its aweful and very stressfulwhen the kids are really sick. Both my oldest and my middle child had one really bad illness each at separate times with alot of nights spent at hospitals. We are fortunate with great doctors and medicare today.

Nothing is quite as scary as watching your child try to fight off an illness.
