One of, if not my favorite unit, in the WoC army is definitely Forsaken. I tend to bring atleast one unit every game I play and recently I've discovered how lovely the MoS is on them. That swiftstride in combination with their fast movement really allow them to become quite the threat on the tabletop. With this in mind I haven't yet found what formation I consider ideal for them. Early on I tended to use one or two units of 5-6 minis that either supported my warrior block, worked a flank or where used as some heavy hitting chaff. This eventually evolved into me using a larger block of 6x3 with MoS in my fast lists. In my latest game I employed two units of 6x2 MoS on my right flank that sadly got butchered by a Dark Elf Lord on a Manticore and a Kharibdyss respectively before I got any use of them.
So people, how do you use your Forsaken, is there a best way to field them or are they as adaptable as they seem?

I've barely used my warriors but when I finally get round to them, i'll definitely be using them as 5-6 small 'cheap' flankers.

Yeah I'm thinking of going back to using Forsaken in small flanking/supporting units. You can get some pretty amazing results with 6x that roll good on the dmg and special abilities table. And even if you don't get the desired outcome the small chance that they might get 24 attacks with killing blow is enough for the opponent to fear them and redirect something that might be better needed elsewhere to intercept them.

I've only used them once, my thinking is 5-10 as a flanking/support/chaff clearance force. Like Sweet_Totally says, they are too dangerous to ignore totally and anything diverted their way must be fairly solid so it seems win/win even if they die.
