Realised I was 1 wolf short for my next project so picked this up, it had 2 wolves with it. It did not cost me £5

How many Hail Sigmar's for two boxes of Night Goblins from GW, and 60 20mm bases from Ebay?

Finally managed to get my hands on an original Zoat model and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Though it looks like my buying days are over for a while. I just talked my wife into letting me buy a huge lot of Space Marine tanks and the deal was I have to hang up ebay for a while. Oh well, it's worth it and I have loads to paint 😁

I couldn't take it anymore...
So I bought the Norba Miniatures Hierotitan model.

I picked up some trees of various sizes, including some fruit trees and hedges. I found a company that sold ones that pretty much match those I bought off GW back when I started warhammer in the 90’s. I must say I’m pretty happy with these and will likely pick up some more at some point.

Without paying some of the insane prices you see online, I was able to add two more army books to my 8th edition collection, Orc and Goblins & Empire.
Hoping to get a complete set if I am patient.

Picked up this eBay fatty for a fair bit less than the actual model rrp. Gonna add some finishing touches for the table before he makes his debut as an Idol of Gork rules fatty.

I'm assuming this isn't an 8th edition model?
Or is it homebrew?
If it is 8th, please let me know which army and troop as I've never heard of it!

Lizards_of_Renown, I’ll let grandmaster answer about the model (I’m going to guess warmachine) but the idol of Gork rules are from the FW Monstrous Arcanum book (for Orcs & Goblins)

If it is 8th, please let me know which army and troop as I've never heard of it! It's from the Hordes/Warmachine range. It's a Gargantuan for the Trollbloods faction. "Mountain King" Comes on a 100mm round base so imo the massive FW Idol of Gork is a pretty good rules substitute. While I've had my eye on this figurine for ages as a potential (I also want the glacier king which is very similar but ice themed) it was actually Mottdon and his big Cow Mountain from AOS that got me searching for this badboy (also a Mountain based mini) again. Hordes has some solid Fantasy equivalents spread across their range.

The ones that I have found so far LOOK good, but immediately start falling to pieces.

Got three unopened packs of movement trays for $20 each. 😊 Lucky thing, I did manage to find one unopened pack once and have made a good few trays out of it (and still have a sizeable piece to make another one out of), but since then I’ve been reduced to buying pre-made trays second-hand from a great shop near me that has loads of second-hand stuff.

Very much recommended. Lizards_of_Renown I can’t comment on robustness of these specific ones at the minute. They seem reasonably so (and the club has boxes of similar trees that have lasted for years but not sure where they got them).
