Eternal guard look magnificent. I agree Araloth is a great mini.

This is the annoying part where I realise I didn't paint the ribbon where it ties around the hawk's foot Guess I'll be getting the paintbrush out again tonight. Edit: It bothered me all day. Here's his bird with ribbon attached:

Loving those Woodies!
Are you adding them to your Dark Elves Legion style under the rule of the One True and Rightful Phoenix King?

Thanks!
I'm fielding them as separate armies, but the intent is to be able to field them as a Legion army that looks relatively coherent. I'm therefore using some common colours, particularly some greens and purples, and maybe reds too. My High Elves when I eventually get to them will probably be primarily purple and white.
I do have a couple of characters I built during the End Times with a mix of Dark/High/Wood Elf parts, but haven't painted either yet.

It's been a while since I completed my Dark Elf army, but having acquired some more Druchii, I knew I needed to get them painted ASAP to keep this army "fully painted". These are 4 Sisters of Slaughter from a Warhammer Underworlds team. They don't all have the correct weaponry (whip and shield) but I don't see that as a problem: And the Death Hag from the team. They aren't usually masked, but this one must be overdue a bathe in her Cauldron of Blood: That's the army back to fully painted!

I redid some of the painting on my Wood Elf Eagle Lord: Main changes were painting the cloak green, giving the spear its gems, and adding an eye for the elf. I also neatened up various other messy bit. I'm not sure much difference is visible compared to the previous photos of it, but at least I know it's improved. I've got 3 more of those eagles I'm using as Warhawks, with kitbashed riders. They've been half painted for years, so I've decided to finally finish them off.

Definitely a thread to keep under strict observation.
