What are all the parts from? Steed from Chariot kit?, sisters of the thorn, witch elves, sisters of slaughter, trident? Legs glade riders?

The horse is a spare from the chariot kit, the legs Glade Riders, torso Sisters of the Thorn. Left arm is the Witch Elves banner bearer arm (very useful; I've got it on several more conversions), with the end replaced with the prongs from a spear(?) in the DE Chariot kit. Right arm is a Sisters of Slaughter whip, head is Witch Elf face/hair, and the final bit is the knife which is from the Sorceress on Black Dragon kit.
There's a book from that dragon kit that I'd like to stick on the model too, but I've mislaid it somewhere in my bits boxes (I'm sure I've not used it elsewhere).

Love Lokhir, another classic model.
Your conversion is lovely too

Very dynamic looking sorceress. Great conversion work. I love the weapon combination.

Thanks!
I recently took the clippers to my Black Ark Fleetmaster as I hate the model. Too late I've realsed that ridiculous jawbone that's in front of his face wasn't a separate component to the breastplate so I may have totally screwed him up as I now need to sculpt the top of his armour to save the model. If I can do that, then the next steps are to replace the sword leg with a booted foot, give him a kraken-embled shield and find a better head that doesn't have impractical Rapunzel-length hair.
As for painting, I'm onto the 30 Corsairs - did the metallics today; tomorrow is the cloaks.

30 Black Ark Corsairs with additional hand weapons: I've got another 10 with handbows to do at some point, but I need a break from these models for now. These Corsairs will never be executing a Reform manoeuvre on the battlefield - whatever formation they deploy in, that's what they'll die in. They can be made to rank up - just - but only with a lot of experimentation. Sisters of Slaughter coming next. I've started the flesh on one of them. I doubt I'll have the 10 of them finished this month, but they should be done in early June. It's the intricate bits of the "armoured bikinis" and metal clasps on their arms that will be a pain to paint. At least they don't have faces, just masks.

Super sweet unit. The new Corsair models are great and yours show that off well.

Corsairs look great. I agree grandmasterwang they are excellent models for bog standard plastic infantry, they are a real pain to rank though. One of those units you have to number them underneath

I like the cloak colour a lot. What paints did you use?

Thanks - it's a base of Incubi Darkness, with layers of Kabalite Green then Sybarite Green, and a wash of Inbubi Darkness at the end. The fleshy side is just Rakarth Flesh washed with Agrax Earthshade.

Finished off my 10 Sisters of Slaughter: I think that's all I'll get of the models. They're cool, but I don't see myself playing more than 10 of them, and they're not the kind of models I enjoy painting. Up next are a unit of Dark Riders, and then I've got to work out the colours for my Bloodwrack Shrine before I prime it.
