My Stonehorn AKA "the big whomper" My monsters are slaves to no-one! This is smarter than the average Stonehorn so i changed it's mouth from the 'slack jawed yokel' posing the broken down ogre mounted Stonehorns had.

Updated the eyes on my Tilean Colossus. Im happy with them now. This guy goes well with my Dogs of War army. His rules below for anyone looking to play him. Tilean Colossus (monster) M7 WS4 S6 T6 W6 I3 A3 Ld10 1+ Armor Save 6+ Ward Save Terror Thunderstomp Stubborn Instability 275 points. The Colossus is a durable beast who due to its Stubborn and Instability can be relied on to hold a line as a colossus should. It can lose maximum 2 wounds per round from combat resolution (if a 12 is rolled for the instability test). It lacks in offensive output having only 3 attacks but at strength 6 with a strength 6 thunderstomp it can be relied upon to grind infantry down and it is durable with 6 wounds. I really think it suits the character of my Dogs of War but the Tilean colossus can fight for any good/neutral faction. It would only fight for evil if somehow corrupted or controlled. I really like the stoic nature of this Mierce miniature. It reminds me a bit of the Game of Thrones statue of Bravos. Cry Havoc and let loose the Dogs of War!

Grandmasterwang, cool Colossus and I like the rules. I'd probably drop the amour save to 2+ (though that's not that big of a difference).
If you click edit on your post, you can change his initiative to 3.
It does remind me of the statue in Bravos.

If you click edit on your post, you can change his initiative to 3. It does remind me of the statue in Bravos. Thanks. I have now edited my original post for the correct stats Originally he was a 2+ Armor save actually but after playtesting he got buffed to a 1+ due to his lack of killing power. The extra pip makes him perform that much better against the like of White Lions and Hammerers. It also gives the Dogs of War a 1+armor save unit which to my knowledge they didn't have before (Voland's Venators are 2+). As a 2+ armor save model he actually got killed by a unit of Hammerers in 1 round before (only 6+ armor save vs the charge ouch). Even at 1+ he still loses most monster duels but that is fine. Thanks for the feedback I think he performs a nice niche role and am really happy with how the model turned out. With his circular base size we effectively play him as if he was on a 100×100 square base. I have no idea why GW went straight from 100×60 (screaming bell) to 100×150.

Mushu the Dawn Serpent. I frankly found this mini annoying to paint and am not particularly happy with the paint job. That's why rather than being a 50 point pick as was originally intended it is demoted to a counts as 25 point Sabretusk with a 6+ Scaly skin save.

Hordes Swamp Troll model finished. I find this a really comical and characterful model. I'm not a huge fan of the Trollbloods range but it does have some gems. I'd love to one day get a Glacier king, i think that model is really cool (ho ho ho) In 8th Edition the Swamp Troll is worth 50 points. It is slower physically than most trolls (just look at those goofy stumpy legs) however as Swamp Trolls are often solitary creatures they are more independent and intelligent than most trolls. The Swamp Troll has an additional Strength 3 tongue attack at Initiative step 5 in melee.

I love this model. I too like a lot of the Trollblood range. Nice colors on him.
