Now imagine casting it on a Star Dragon... 2 x 20" moves? Yes please Would be 20 plus 10, but that should get you where you need either way. I think it also has value to get out of sticky situations where you failed a charge or are over extended because of frenzy or hatred.

Can't it make you do a 20" move?

Only if you have a 20 Move score, which is impossible.
The spell allows a normal move, not a march move.

Incorrect. The basic spell allows you to move upt to 10", and the boosted spell up to 20", regardless of your Movement characteristic.

I thought I was right... I've moved white lions 20" behind enemy lines before. What a move!

Trivia fact: Did you know this forum has no facepalm emoji you can use to show that not only did you make a mistake, but that you're quite embarrassed by your mistake? At any rate, to quote Homer Simpson... "DOH!"

So if using boosted version and moving 20" are you still allowed to shoot?

Apart from the extra 10" and the casting value, there is no difference between the two versions of the spell. So, missile weapons that do not have the Move or Fire special rule can fire, but, obviously, may suffer the penalty for having moved.
