I know at this point in the fantasy scene we can't find an approach to systems that satisfies everyone but I like the multisystem approach. Crossroads is always a great event and I highly recommend it. I'm trying to organize some xwing on friday night. From Corey the organizer ------------------ Hello everyone, Registration for Crossroads Spring break is now open. The dates are March 5-6. We are running 3 different gaming systems: Kings of War, Malifaux, and Warhammer 9th Age. I have table space for 80 players in total, so we will sell tickets until we hit that 80 player mark regardless of the gaming system. So if we end up with 50 KoW, 20 Malifaux, and 10 Warhammer players then that is how we will divide the event up. All information about the event can be found at www.crossroads-gt.comWe will also be looking into the possibility of running some X-wing on Friday night so additional details will come out about that later. Thanks, Corey www.crossroads-gt.com/------------------------

If they had a Warhammer I'd totally consider going with a group of y'all.

If anyone is registered, could they please mention EEFL in those comments? People should know that we are still here. The article deliberately doesn't mention 8th as a possible option.

The article deliberately doesn't mention 8th as a possible option. ----------While I think it's great that gamers came together and created and promoted the 9th Age, I'm just so shocked how easily everyone abandons 8th edition. I believe the "fans" left WFB behind faster than GW did. GW stopped supporting 8th edition less than a year ago and so many people so easily left it behind for new games. shm. Rich, I can't make crossroads either way, but if you can make it, maybe you should contact Corey and see if you can run a small 8th edition event, on saturday night or something? Gary, thanks for posting!

I can't go this year - FWIW, I have attended in the past. Corey is a good TO and this has been a fun event.

I am not sure what the right choice is for each of us. I don't play 9th I would rather played 8th or AoS but I am going to go and muddle through some 9th games partially to support Corey and partially because a weekend rolling dice with fellow gamers is fun not matter what the system. show up play whatever but show the 9th and KoW guys that folks are still interested in playing 8th. Your club shirts speak volumes. As a TO for me I am going to try and run the event that allows me to keep the doors open. Not a given at this point.

Great thoughts Gary!
I agree, as many EEFL guys should go as possible, to show support of both GT organizers like Corey and 8th Edition interest, and wear the t-shirts!!

Like Will says, with the campaign one weekend apart I can't make crossroads for the entire weekend as well. I'll probably be able to stop by for a few hours and see what is going on though.

Heads up I will be running xwing on friday night at this event. The participants list hasn't been updated but I've now got a grudge match against Chris O'Brien
