Terracotta Army kickstarter - ideal for anyone who wants a Cathay-themed army. Includes some undead versions of the models too.

I would much prefer to see Norba pursue their own aesthetic. The Chaos Dwarf miniatures they did after their own style, were aiming in the right direction. It's redundant and a bit wasted creative work to mimic someone else's style that much. :/

Punga Miniatures - I've never heard of them, but they're another lot: pungaminiatures.com/ The renders look great. No idea of the quality of their castings. I like these two. Interesting sculpts.

The main problem with a lot of these companies is that they can’t sculpt. Just 3D renders models.
I don’t mind norba. They do their thing and it’s to not have their own thing and just straight up copy old gw. I am glad someone’s does as new gw is mostly sigmarine shit.

Those are cool rats!
Since GW blew up the Old World and it spunoff a ton of start-up mini companies, it seems as though the real test for them has had to do with production problems, shipping, quality manufacturing, customer communication, and turn around time. These seem to be the crux that makes or breaks a company like this.
I have no proof, but if I were to bet on it, I'd think that these companies are run by just a few people, out of their garages. When, to make a real go of a business, they need to hire a full competent staff to handle their Kickstarter loads. Maybe even take out a business loan, depending. The first couple of years would be difficult, and probably not very profitable, but once they get fully established, then they will have carved out a nice niche for themselves within the market.

Creature Caster Dragon Ogre. The more minis the better. So we finally have a worthy model for the god of lightning! Think I need to buy this Kholek! I can’t find any info though.

It's a good model, though I prefer the Mierce one. What are Creature Caster like? I think I've read some bad things about the company/casting quality in the past, though their models looked good when I saw them at Salute.

I have their Treewoman and I really like her. Casting quality was good but I got her through their Kickstarter so not too sure about turn-around time, to by honest. I really like their sculpts, though.
