Actually, I think tileag is correct. You'd probably want that BSB to be in the unit if 60 Goblins and arm them with bows. Allow the smaller blocks of Night Goblins to screen for them and act as Fanatic delivery units. And tileag is also correct in that your BSB can't have a magic items and a magic banner.
Also, Goblin Wizards work better as Lv3's and Lv4's while Night Goblin Wizards are better as Lv1's and Lv2's. The Night Goblin mushrooms are more beneficial at lower levels and you really don't want to risk the backlash on your Lv4 caster, if you don't have to.
My thoughts: No Squig Herd?! I love Squig Herds, they can be absolutely lethal The Squig Hoppers should be combined into one unit perhaps led by the Warboss to make their random movement more reliable I would bunker Skarsnik and the BSB in one big unit of archers containing the Spider Banner. Boost the unit's poison attacks with Gift of the Spider God and lob magic missiles with Skarsnik. Skarsnik is not the best in combat, he is squishy, so only use in a pinch

They look great, what model is that for the idol?
About the list, I think it is a bit to heavy on characters. I always went the way of more bodies. If you want to keep the 20 man units I would add one extra goblin, this way the opponent has to cause 6 casualties instead of 5 before you have to take a panic test( and with goblins you want to take as less leadership tests as possible).
