Also, two years ago now, we held a "Happy" exchange. I've done this several times and it's always fun.
Basically, everyone participating, agrees to send one other participating member a surprise gift. This is often something that pertains to the recipient's armies or hobby. Just something hand painted that you think they'd like. One moderator collects all participating names and randomly assigns the targets. You then have all year to collect, complete and send your target their "Happy". Targets are kept secret from all but the moderator. Once gifts are received, then the target posts a pic of their new "Happy" and many thank you's, etc. It's great fun. Maybe we can do it again in 2021?

- 10 Savage Orcs
- 5 Spider Riders
- 1 Hippogryph
- 10 Miners
- 1 Giant
- 1 Arcane Frog
- 1 Dark Elf Master BSB
- 1 Dreadlord/Supreme Sorceress on Dark Pegasus
- 1 Master on Dark Pegasus
- 1 Sorceress on Dark Pegasus
- 10 Cold One Knights
- 40 Corsairs
- 11 Sisters of Slaughter
- 10 Dark Riders
- 10 Doomfire Warlocks
- 1 Sorceress on Dark Steed
- 1 Assassin
- 1 Black Ark Fleetmaster
- 43 Black Guard
- 1 Hydra
- 1 Master on foot
- 10 Darkshards
- 20 Executioners
- 20 Bleakswords
- 22 Witch Elves
- 10 Shades
Which is a total of 251 models. I've also repainted a further 71. I'm happy with those number. I'm not sure it's more models than I got this year (especially with those Fireforge Games peasants/zombies) but I managed to complete an Orcs & Goblins army for Riotville, and have painted the majority of my favourite and original army - Dark Elves - I'm at nearly 6,500 points of painted Druchii now. As for the goals, I managed 15/44, which is a third of a way there. That's decent.
- Paint a Monster (Giant, Hydra)
- Paint a ridden Monster (Dragon)
- Paint an Infantry unit of 40+ models (I painted a unit of 20 Black Guard and another of 23... sadly I don't think that counts)

- Paint a unit of 3+ Chariots
- Paint a unit of Monstrous Infantry
- Paint a Cavalry unit of 10+ models (Cold One Knights)

- Paint a Swarm
- Paint a unit of 10+ War Beasts
- Paint a unit of Monstrous Cavalry
- Paint a Monstrous Beast
