Not a veteran VC player, but my high elves have played against them a few times.
I’m surprised at the lack of dire wolves and spirit host. These units have caused problems for me in several games.
Small and manoeuvrable units of dire wolves can prevent your opponent from getting multiple units to gang up on you big infantry blocks. They can also help make sure your damage dealing units get to where you need them.
Spirit hosts are ethereal so can only be damaged by spells and magic weapons. I’ve had my elite dragon prince cavalry tied up by a couple of spirit host for nearly the entire game. Neither side doing any wounds as the spirit host slowly crumbles due to me having a musician and winning each combat round by 1 point.

Do you want to include a Wight King with a BSB? I'm not VC expert but don't they help if you start to crumble?
Edit: I think you may also benefit from some bats to give you speed to go after fast cav, artillery etc.

My thoughts:
The ghouls look too small at only 20 models. You're probably best off either expanding your 2 tarpits and/or buying some dire wolves. Dire wolves make excellent blockers/nuisances.
I don't think the screaming banner is worth it unless you are doing the leadership bomb trick. Banner of eternal flame looks a waste of points on the skeletons. I wouldn't expect them to do much except die (hopefully slowly and multiple times)
The second necromancer you could possibly swap out for something too. You'd almost have enough points for a Vargulf or some hexwraiths/spirit hosts
Edit: oh I see you are kind of Ld bombing
