Really liking the blue accent colour, really makes the models pop from the off white bone.
One observation and I don't know if this is the lighting or camera but the the bases are a very similar colour to the models and they kind of blend in to one another. May I suggest a simple quick wash over the sand just to distinguish the model from the base.

I just got the models out to take a look and the bases look different to me so it might just be the photos, however i am massively colour blind so they might look the same to normal eyes!

That is a great paint job, great choice on the colour scheme. The blue absolutely makes them pop (and my dwarf would make them crackle and snap).

After months of no progress I finally got my paints back out and went back to my skeleton archers to reduce the beige overload on the unit. I did a screaming skull drybrush on the ones on the left, do they stand out a bit more from the bases now? With over 100 skeletons still to paint I need to get the skeleton recipe just right!

The ones on the left definitely stand out more from the sandy bases. Both look good, but I favour the drybrushed ones.

The ones on the left definitely 'pop' that little bit more.
Great looking regiment so far.

I suggest mixing in a few of both styles for the next ones you paint.
They both look really good and I see no issue in having them in the army.
