Great plog, lots of interesting minis and creative ideas! Especially looking forward to see the tzaangors painted and to have a closer look at those Naga. Nice work! Thank you. What I lack in true skill is made up for in creativity and a high "Interesting" factor. The Tzaangors got some more paint last night... but when I went to assemble the rider + disc + base, I realized I was right out of 50mm x 75mm bases. I vented my rage by melting some round bases with a Bernzomatic flamethrower. I then ordered some 50mm x 75mm bases online and I now await their arrival.

Awesome minis. Looking forward to seeing the Naga and the Tzaangor painted.
The Dragon is huge!
It's good to see the Tzaangor kit can make 3 two handed spear guys. The official GW pictures always have the champion armed slightly different to the other 2.

Not strictly EEFL, but in the same world. My weekend project is painting up the set of miniatures for the TALISMAN board game. See below. About 15 minis, classic high fantasy / role playing... A bard, a troll, a priest, a dwarf, a warrior, a rogue, etc.

Thought there was a joke there somewhere. "A bard, a troll, a priest, a dwarf, a warrior, a rogue," all walk into a bar and...

Great stuff! We used to play a lot of Talisman back in the day, with several expansions etc. Endless sessions late into the night.
Some of your minis seem to be designed according to the original illustrations, but some are not? Are these Citadel minis, and do you know when they made them?

BUMP. As of Monday, I am now the proud owner of two (2) ShadeSpire Warbands. Both versions of Stormcast Eternals – the “Fighty” bunch and the “Shooty” bunch. I will use this thread to post WIP pictures of them as I assemble and paint. Right now, they are off the sprue and glued together. Last night I epoxied in some magnetics on the bases (for my custom transport case). Tonight, I will hit them up with a bit of liquid green stuff and maybe a few quick scrapes and slices to clean up the mold lines and gaps from assembly. I do love the new (well, new’ish) push-together blue plastics. I still glue them. Like the Blood Bowl set from about a year ago and another random Space Marine Terminator set I randomly purchased. Great value, great detail, and 7 out of every 8 minis fit together perfectly. But, in each box, there is one. One miniature that should snap fit together but when I actually apply glue there is a visible gap. DANG IT. Also; I play D&D on Thursday nights. We’re going on 2-1/2 years with this group. Yay. Last Thursday, my character Rukki the Dwarf Ranger/Barbarian was perma-killed. DEAD. It was our first PC player death in about 18 months. The GM is introducing my new [replacement] character this week – Aldred, Paladin of Iomedae. He’s a dude, tall, plate armor, greatsword. garethnicholasblog.files.wordpress.com/2017/12/stormcast1.jpg?w=1200 Sweet. I am going to be painting this Stormcast as Aldred. They are one in the same.
