Army lists attached. Greagon profile also attached for anyone wondering what the hell a Greagon is. Just a small, fun quick game that turned out to tell a pretty epic story as so many Warhammer battles do. Full battle report to come soon.

The two armies advance towards each other. Schmigar the Gleaming was the leader of the Shaggoth and Dragon Ogre coalition as none could match the brilliant radiance of his scales. This battle also marked the debut of Ferdinand the Beastmen bull giant who gave a joyful snort as he looked at the smorgasbord arrayed in front of him.

The four armed crackie bear (razorgor) lurked outcast at the back of the battlefield as the other Beastmen found the repulsive smell of its manky fur disgusting even by Beastmen standards.

Looks like an awesome thematic game! I love it when a game goes along with a good story.

Greagon charges the Tzaangors who hold. Tzeentch protects them and only a couple are slain. They hold and Greagon braces for impact as he is flank charged by the Khorne and Tzeentch marked chariots as well as the Crack Bear. Over 2 combat rounds Ferdinand kills the Red Dragon Ogre, chomping him and regaining all the damage dealt. (3 wounds regained using the unique to Beastmen giant ability......25 points difference in price suddenly seems reasonable) Darganoth charges the Gor unit and kills the Wargor general.....a large Ferdinand shaped shadow appears behind him.

Wargor Bsb on Gorebeast chariot charges Schmigar the Gleaming and breaks him! Both sides are ineffective at causing damage but the fluttering banner (+1) makes the difference. Schmigar legs it to freedom gets away as the Gorebeast just trotts forwards slowly farting. Darganoth is rear charged by Ferdinand. The unit of 3 Dragon Ogres finishes off the Bestigor. 2 are killed however the surviving, badly wounded dragon ogre angles round to charge the Gor unit and support Darganoth. The Shartak fails its charge into the Gor unit leaving Darganoth to face them and Ferdinand alone. Schmigar is saved as the Bsb on Gorebeast chariot is flank charged by the unit of 4 Dragon Ogres with Great weapons. Greagon finally finishes killing the Tzaangors and the Khorne chariot which fled previously rallies and turns back ready to charge Greagon again. "I am OP" yells Ferdinand as he bashes Darganoth to death with his axe. He has now killed 2 Shaggoths.

The gors kill the Shartak but are broken and killed by the lone Dragon Ogre. Greagon finishes killing everyone else he is engaged with including the crackie bear and chariots. Ferdinand finishes off the Dragon Ogres who killed the Gorebeast chariot BSB. Ferdinand charges Schmigar the Gleaming and bites him to death over 2 rounds(none of this Headbut nonsense thought Ferdinand), his chaotic metabolism healing him completely as he chows down on the delicious gleaming scales of poor Schmigar. Despite futilely doing some damage with his Great Axe, Schmigar is consumed by the giant mutant bull as a delicacy in another humiliating end for the Gleaming one! Both generals are now dead and Ferdinand has killed 3 Shaggoths. There are only 3 creatures left alive on the battlefield. Ferdinand, Greagon and the sole dragon ogre still flying the flag for his unit. The survivors face off and Ferdinand receives the charge of the two Dragon Ogres.
