I know that magic weapons can't use flaming or poison but what about Ensorcelled Weapons from Warriors of Chaos. In 7ed there mentioned that are magic weapons but in 8ed I am pretty sure they didn't

That is correct. In the 8th edition WoC AB,Ensorcelled Weapons are not magic weapons, even though their attacks are magical.

I found out by accidentally overrunning my flaming banner Grails in to Dragon Banner Dragon Princes.
