I had these guys finished last weekend, but work has consumed my life the last week and will do for a few more, so I've only just got around to photographing them. They're also likely to be the last models I paint this month:

Those look awesome, Sedge! Makes me want to get back to my unit! (That'll have to be another month though.)
I'm away from my paints right now, visiting family for a couple of days, so I won't have anything to add for a bit.

Alright! We all get a chance to catch up. I've finished up my monthly goals. Time to just free-spirit around. Did a little VC stuff by putting the wheels (and some other choice parts) back on an ebay rescue corpse cart. Ding, ding, ding. Bring out your dead. We'll put them to good use.

Nice, Naitsabes! I like your pseudo necromancer riding the cart! Drive a Chariot, drive a corpse cart...meh, pretty much the same.

I actually finished my kharibdyss!!! Sadly, I did not gap fill this model at all well but oh well. I used my air brush for the first time and that meant I painted the actual monster part in about 4 hours which I was super happy with. More photos on my Plog.

A straggler to round out the month. There is alway somebody missing the family photo. Beastmaster Yeti and his three ...creatures.

It's a Crocodile Games Wendigo Master of the Hunt with his Howlers. By now I've painted quite a few Wendigos and their whole line of figures are really nice sculpts.
Now, what makes me slightly uncomfortable is how similar the Howler head is to the upright Wendigo. Let's just assume that's only convergent evolution (e.g. need those horns to deflect all the ice shards flying around in Hyperborea) or Dark Magic and not something less savory.

Nice job westy and Naitsabes! That's some really impressive painting!
And I wouldn't worry about the mold joints, westy. I do that all the time. Not really noticeable on the table top.
