Nice job! It’s great to see another Beastmen Blog that’s active too! Thanks, I will try to stay active, though work has kept me from the brush the last few days... and the missus wanting her space on the table back!

Hey, hope all is well. Just finished a 6 strong mino unit, using one of my oldest and favorite miniatures (good to give him a paint job at last!). I rebased the rest, and repainted the weapons and armour to fit my army more (they were quite bright gold and silver) and painted little details such as the belts and leather straps (the fur, skin and blue clothes are courtesy of the original owner I bought from ebay. They were too nice to strip, and I will make use of them until I can get my hands on unpainted ones.) Here is the leader of the group, Lord Ox Roar! And here is the group, looking all menacing and such For my campaign, the story behind these guys are Lord Ox Roar took this group in after the End Times ended in defeat for the Chaos forces. Stranded in the woods, this fella took them in. Though smaller, he proved faster and just as strong, and more skilled with the weapon. They now follow him unquestionably.... well, until they see a weakness... I'm braving a chariot now, and have painted one of the tuskgors. Hopefully I won't mess it up badly!!!

Nice old school unit of Mino's! The purple looks good indeed, I can understand you left it as is.

I feel like it's only a matter of time before the mino with the claw takes a stab at Ox Roar.

Pretty sure the early 2000’s Chaos Warrior release. You were pretty close thekeep - it is listed in the 1999 catalogue for the first time: www.solegends.com/citcat1999/c1999p0291-01.htm . I thought it was older even. Early 2000's would put it closer to 6th but to me it still has that 5th ed aesthetic.
