Wow. It's such a wonderful looking army - congrats! The green is especially nice as are the blades. Can you explain what process do you go through to make them look so smooth and polished?

I really like your muted green colors! They make a fine contrast with the whites. And those blades are looking great!

They look stunning! The phoenix guard look amazing as well. Well worth the effort.

They look stunning! The phoenix guard look amazing as well. Well worth the effort. No problem just wanted to make sure what you were referring to. For the weapons I followed this guide. It's fairly straight forward, it just takes time. Good way to practice glazing, though. I find his videos super helpful so please check out the rest of his channel. I've finished my mounted archmage, aside from some grass on the base of course. Happy with how he came out but once again, I HATE large areas of open cloth. So hard to get a good result with a brush, at least for me. I had some fun with freehanding the runes on the hem of his robe, though, and the magic effect on the staff. I've chosen purple for all the magical effects in my army as I think it's a nice contrast to the green without going for the obvious choice of red. Not sure what's next. I may finish my hero on griffon (just the mount and base to do), I may paint Teclis - who knows!

Really beautiful force. One of the nicest Asur armies I've seen.

Thanks very much guys. I ended up starting on Teclis as he was already primed and he’s a lovely model. Still working up the nerve to paint Alarielle haha. Should finish Teclis tomorrow so I’ll hopefully be able to post an update. Almost managed to paint him in a single day, just the gems and a few details left really.

One finished Teclis. Really proud of this one and it was an absolute joy to paint from start to finish.

Brillant looking Teclis Fitzlock and think your work on both mages has been really good.

Nice, I do recommend not using webp format as it is not supported fully in iOS.
