Hey fellas, running this list vs a HE army that has seemingly fallen in love with bringing lore of shadows against my big fatties. Let me know what you think about this put.
Lord - Slaughtermaster, level 4, glittering scales, fencers blades, crown of command, dragonbane gem
Heroes- Bruiser BSB with Rune Maw Banner, heavy armor, iron fist, and death heater name
Butcher, level 2, Hellheart
Core - 10x gnoblars naked
10x gnoblars (2nd unit) naked
17x Ogres, full command, look out gnoblars, ironfists
Special- 5x Mournfang cavalry, full command, dragonhide banner, iron fists
3 sabertusks
Rare- Thundertusk Ironblaster #1 Ironblaster #2
Going to run a Death Star with the 17 ogres, butcher, bruiser, slaughtermaster all in it. Opponent also seems to take white lions against me often as well so ironblasters are going to wear them down immediately. Mournfang run one side, Death Star runs the other. My thought is with so much big stuff he will struggle to decide what to try and cast against. Any thoughts to switch stuff out or ride on with this and crush the flimsy elf bones to dust under my feet?

I'm not so sure he'll be undecided on what to cast against rather he'll throw everything and the kitchen sink at one unit and divert the other.

If anything, I'd get some more cheapo Gnoblar units so that you have enough to be able to see where he is placing the majority of his army, then use both to charge down one flank and use the gnoblars as redirectors. You could even decoy with the Ironblasters running on the middle / opposite sides and could then use them to fire at the units now trying to get to the Deathstar/Mournfangs.

Switched out an ogre for another unit of gnoblars. We will see how it goes. I usually run into the issue of my ogres outrunning my gnoblars and then the gnoblars are just stuck in the back doing nothing. No one cares to shoot them and no one cares they exist. But for 25 points to have an advantage in deployment then I suppose it is worth it. Thanks for the input.
