Cool scenery. Would fit perfectly with vampires battles.

Cheers. Got another box ready to go.
It's interesting how we spend hours painting armies but not the scenery as well. I'm a new convert.

Love that paint scheme for the bloodletters. They look way creepier as reptilians than the usual paintjob.

Thanks. To me they suit the forest dwelling demons colour scheme. Never liked the red and black.

Very Nice, yeah the Deamons look a bit scarier that way!! I do love the skellies, and the red on the shields is great, do i see some subtle wings near the skull on one of the shields ?... or is that accidental highlighting :-P
++EDIT++ woah i went back a page, awesome Albino squigs, they actually look more menacing and less funny (in the relative terms of orcs & Goblins being a fun themed make jokes about them.. non scary army) like out of a horror movie... descent etc, that pale underground dweller in the dark.... really well executed I must say. Your terrain is a joy to look at !! It will definitely add to the gaming experience (terrain is the other half of the experience for sure!) Cheers, Mithril

The wings, by the way, are accidental highlighting. 😂

So I have come up with my new army projects. Yes there's two of them. The first - straight painting project - is Skaven for relaxation painting of hordes and monsters. The second - and definitely a slow burner - is going to be a Sethayla Style Wood Elves army with plenty of converting. So here's my first 20 Skaven just need to order some more bases. Might even put some four up on a 40mm base for ease.

Looking forward to the woodies!

Looking forward to the woodies! 🤣 no, not rat abuse either. I've always worked this way. 1) I find it easier to paint and 2) I like to paint the base separately and super glue the miniatures on. Plus easier to rebase if required. Also I still need to decide on the basing for the army. Any ideas btw would be greatfully received
