I love Glade riders. ( I liked them more before without ambush rule..) but still I love them and I see them really annoying for the opponent. Nice list. I won't suggest any change I would like to just read some Battle reports... ;-)

That you would lose your friends is both too optimist and pessimist. Too optimist, because your list is hardly bad enough to ensure a win (frankly, I am not sure any WE list can be THAT bad), and too pessimist, because any friends you would lose over this list were not friends in the first place. Unless, of course, you would refer to those who would point out - amiably but quite rightly - that enchanted arrows are unique magic items, and therefore only one unit can have one type of enchanted arrows.

Nice list! Think I would prefer a third unit of wild riders over the third unit of scouts. And ToP on level 4 and MR banner on the sister banner. Also like musician on sister for the +1 feigned flight LD test ad bsb reroll will not work and had too many failed ld9 on most important unit running off board

10 Deepwood Scouts - 160 Hagbane Tips
5 Wild Riders - 130

5 Wild Riders - 130
10 Waywatchers - 200
10 Waywatchers - 200
Eagle - 50
Eagle - 50
2500
I took 1st at Redstone Rumble in 2014 with a similar list, did pretty good at US Masters under Swedish comp but had to change a lot, and won a few local tournaments as well. I remember this army even shooting Skaven off the table.
If I remember correctly using Shadow was more than just The Withering. Steed of Shadows and Miasma were useful at getting characters our of a jam and slowing down dangerous units. Chosen aren't that scary at movement 1 haha. Pit was always good at swallowing a Steam Tank. Of course Withering and 90+ shots a turn could really wipe out an army by turn 3, I'd clear all chaff and ranged units first then park an Eagle in front of their White Lions or Witch Elves or whatever and focus everything into it until they disappeared. If anything got close to my lines they'd get counter-charged by those little Wild Rider units and take 15 S5 Armor piercing attacks plus mounts, usually enough to neutralize a depleted unit.
I think I used to try to move the characters into skirmishing units quickly and didn't miss the ward saves as they so rarely got into combat and I could outshoot other gun lines. I do remember a tournament game vs Dwarves where I hid my army all game and just played for a draw, it happens.

It looks nice. You should write a tactics post for it.
I would be very afraid to loose my general and level 4 with it. As any single bolt or shooting phase can turn 10 elves unit into nothing and then kill the general. Like an organ gun.

As any single bolt or shooting phase can turn 10 elves unit into nothing and then kill the general. Like an organ gun. Yeah definitely, you had to be very strong in the deployment phase and utilize your free woods for soft cover. Hagbane Scouts are good at knocking out war machines. You could drop the Glade Riders unit for more kit but the idea was to bring as much firepower as possible, and they were a good enough disruption. In tournament scenarios with objectives where you needed a unit with a standard I'd flesh out the Riders and give them a flag, they could come in mid game and hold a position. I never lost my characters much, Steed of Shadows is pretty underrated as an eject button and once you neutralize the opponent's shooting you can run them around solo. Basically you set up strong shooting lanes in deployment, prioritize your targets, and use flee reactions to set up Wild Rider charges on any depleted units that get close. It's cheesy but I'd deploy the Wild Riders with their backs to the enemy so they don't fail a frenzy check and run off and get killed haha. Your opponent will try to box you in so spread out and shoot a hole in their line to slip through. Sometimes it's better to reform or March and get out of harm's way than it is to shoot one more time. The list has enough redundancy to where if they waste a lot of time on chasing down one unit it's not many points and the list can still operate.
