All of the yellow on Lord Castellant reminded me of Captain Darnath Lysander of the Imperial Fists.

Waaagh green base color, 2 coats of warpstone glow, avoiding the recesses. Then a highlight of moot green on the edges of the scales, etc. I finished off by using a wash (coelia green shade or something) but just in the major creases.
