What is this Forest Goblin Shaman w/ "Bartertown" branding?

I have this Forest Goblin Shaman I picked up over ten years ago. I think it was in an ebay lot with other forest gobos. It has "Bartertown" on the slotta tab and came in a bag with "Bartertown.com" on it. It is pretty good quality for a non-workshop fig (from back then anyway).
I assume it was some sort of limited edition figure sold or given away at bartertown.com. My google searches have turned up nothing. I'd love to know more about it if anybody here knows the history of the model please reach out.
