The Lore of Metal spell Enchanted Blades of Aiban grants: - "The target unit has a +1 bonus when rolling to hit with all shooting and close combat attacks until the start of the caster's next Magic phase"
- "All of their attacks also count as both magical attacks and have the Armour Piercing special rule" [emphasis mine]
Does an affected unit benefit from the Armour Piercing special rule with their shooting attacks?? The Armour Piercing special rule states: " Wounds caused in close combat by a model with this special rule (or who is attacking with a weapon that has this special rule) inflict a futher -1 armour save modifier, in addition to those for Strength". It then goes on to state that " If a model has a weapon with the Armour Piercing rule, only attacks made or shots fired with the weapon are Armour Piercing" [emphasis mine] On one hand, the AP rule specifically details that it affects CC attacks, but then goes onto say that a shots fired from a weapon with AP counts as having AP. The spell does not specifically say that it grants the weapons the AP rule, but rather all of their attacks. On the other side however, the spell details that the +1 to hit applies to both shooting and CC and then goes on to say that all of their attacks also benefit from the magical attacks and AP special rules. The word "all" definitely implies that shooting attacks are also affected, and the word "also" implies that it is a continuation from the first part of the rule (i.e. the +1 to hit) which clearly defines that it applies to shooting as well. Consequently, I feel that the spell does confer AP onto shooting attacks, but I'm curious how others feel about it. Thoughts?

Keep it simple. So, "All attacks are magic,+1to hit, armor piercing"

What Crazy_Dokta says. - If the model has the AP special rule, it is limited to wounds caused in CC. - If a weapon has the AP special rule, it is limited to wounds caused by that weapon. - In the case of EBoA, it is not a model or a weapon, but all attacks that have the AP special rule - i.e. regardless which kind of attack (Magic, Shooting, CC....). As such, it would even apply to Breath Weapons and Stomp/Thunderstomp.
