So for my third Unicorn, I was thinking of either going with one of these two: Or I'm still rather undecided since this one will be my main Unicorn and get the most use out of all three. It's body will be Pearl though. I know that much. What do you guys think?

Top one reminds me of my little ponies but would fit in with the other two. My only issue with my little ponies is my wife watched a 'documentary' on guys who dress up as them. It was somewhat weird and disturbing (though who am I to talk as a someone who still plays with toy soldiers). I suppose you already have one with a rainbow mane and I actually really like the bottom paint job so that gets my vote.

I have to admit, I'm leaning more toward the more "serious" ( ) looking Unicorn too. Maybe I need to explain the "Lisa Frank" look a bit, especially since I don't know just how far her influence extends. Many, many young girls (at least here in the US) have Lisa Frank images plastered over just about anything you can attach a sticker to. Her use of bright colors, glitter, fluffy creatures (like Unicorns and Rainbows) and everything that sparkles has captured the hearts of many young ladies. I have 3 girls who I hope will play this game with me someday. If I only include gruff, bear-chested men with grimaces on their faces, I'll probably turn them off to the game. Enter Lisa Frank Unicorns. Hopefully that'll have a positive effect for their desire to play with me! Lol! Plus, my wife likes Lisa Frank and these made her smile, so...worth it.

Very good! In my experience, female elves seem to work well too!

Lol, yeah, I seen that insult to the game before. I'm not out to little-girl-it-up, but rather, give them just enough to get started with a toe in the door. Blood n' guts everywhere else.

Wild Rider bases look incredible! Mind breaking it down for us? Your unicorn dilemma made me chuckle a little bit.

Basically, I primed the base with Rhinox Hide brown (though you could use any color you wanted - I just use that because is simulates dirt and it's dark enough that it won't stand out and take away from the model.), then I applied some grass truf to the top of the base, then applied both the tall grass bunches as well as the bunches of flowers. After that, I applied the small seed pods (the ones that look like dried leaves). Took me about 30 minutes total for all 5. I'm pretty sure I got all that stuff from Green Stuff World. Lol, yeah, I try not to take things like "Unicorns" too seriously.

About time I get back around to giving my WE some love. This guy will be up next in my queue. My alternative BSB since I don't really like the official GW one. This is much more dynamic.

Nice, is it a way watcher hero with just a new spear arm?
Hard to tell when you don't see the face and just the antlers.

Not the Waywatcher model, though, I suppose he could be used for that. It was a normal Glade Captain/Lord with Bow. I've been wanting this model for quite some time, since I love the pose, but I really had no need for a Captain with just a Bow. This BSB conversion makes great use of him though! I'm excited about it.
