Hmm, wrong section? Anyways - I am thinking about getting that box, Freeguilder Crossbowmen (ie, old Empire Crossbowmen) for some orcs in mordheim, I plan to use shoota-arms and give the orcs those crossbows. it looks easy enough on pictures, but I am curious if anyone have experience with those models. Like, would it look weird sizewise with those crossbows? They look easy enough to clean up, cut the moulded hands off etc. Not too worried about that.
There is one without any hands moulded, would have preferred that but I think my boss will get that one on his back.. Why not? 
Any advice is appreciated.

Nice find. I have considered Dwarf Quarrellers too, I can get a couple of those. looks similar to these? This is not shipped to my country, sadly.. But I´m sure I could find similar on ebay, given time? I was never around when the original Ruglud´s was about, I think. I know people played 3rd Ed in my club then, but by that time I was playing with my brother´s Epic Land Raiders, Rhinos, Falcon Grav tanks and Battlewagons..  I do want to get a couple of the 5th Ed (?) though and planned that for my warband, but this feels kidna nice too, making my own, unique ones.. At the mo, all I need, is a box of those Crossbowmen and there is 10 of them, an hours walk (or bus and subway) away.... I have three waiting orc bodies 8Ork bodies really) that currently have spears, and i don´t think I´ll use them that way.. I have photos from that very same store you posted. But if you could take a photo of them beside an Orc or ork, that would be very helpful! Many thanks. |
