Agreed Kevin I found myself very interested in this release as well as an old school gamer. I don't think I've played 40K since 3rd-4th edition for them but I am very tempted. How are the models?

I had this army with all sorts of custom vehicles. I wish I had kept them now.

One of the main reasons I stopped playing 40K is because they dropped the Genestealer Cult in 3rd edition. They did have a 3rd edition army list in the Citadel Journal eventually though, but by that time it was too late for me...

All the new Genestealer Hybrid models are awesome.

I've seen some hints on our local gaming facebook pages that there are some cool captured imperial gaurd vehicles options.

It's crazy that it took this long to rerelease the cult. Seems like it's always had a strong following.

Weird
Have you checked the prices on your old metal cult stuff recently?
Some of those metal genestealers and patriarch are worth a pretty penny.

Not exactly 100% on topic but as this is a 40k thread I feel like it would be a great time for KevinC and/or TheREALricksalamone to refresh my memory on the car bomb story.
