Battle after quite a long time and we just add one point of rule to clarify :-)
A beast of nurgle charges into a unit of 5 knights. In the next turn, a unit of plaguebearers that was just a few inches behind the beast wants to charge the knights. The plaguebearers have a los but how do we deal with the interfering beast of nurgle that is in H2H combat? I believe that the plaguebearers can be brought into contact with the knights and that all units are realigned. Is it correct? A big thank you!
(there was some discussion as the book states that a charge cannot be made if there are units blocking the way unless the blocking unit moves first (ie they charge as well).

A charging unit gets one wheel, of up to 90 degrees, anytime during its charge movement. Other than this one wheel, the charger must move straight ahead.
In your particular case, if the Plaguebearers can contact the knights, using a single wheel to get around the Beast, then it would be a successful charge, and the Plaguebearers unit would close the door on the knights. If they couldn’t get around the beast, then they can’t make the charge. The sidebar next to moving chargers suggests treating it as a failed charge, but also provides the option, with opponent discussion, or treating it as if a charge was never declared.
Depending on the width of the Plaguebearers and how close they are to the Beast, the wheel to maneuver could end up hitting the beast. Which would be a failed charge. Depending on the position of the beast against the knights, the wheel could clear the beast, but no longer be lined up against the knights, which would be a failed charge.

What rahotep75 says. To add: you do not realign all units. If several units have declared a charge against the same enemy units at the same time, you must try to equalise the number of models fighting from each charging unit, but the priority is to maximise the overall numbers of models fighting (BRB p. 23). However, once in CC, you cannot change the disposition of units that are in CC, except by combat reform (within certain limits). So, if the Plaguebearers on the charge would be able to get into contact, for instance only corner to corner, they and all other units would stay put, at the very least for that round of combat.

Thanks a lot for your answers! So, if the unit can wheel to touch the enemy it is ok. Otherwise, the beast is blocking the path. And thanks for the alignment clarification as well!
