it might be instructive to go back and look at the original Middenheim army list from the first Storm of Chaos. Quite a few unit entries from standard Empire got moved between core/special/rare as far as I recall. And there were rules for priests of ulric.
Note that 'Cult of Ulric' was yet another variant list (it shared some entries with 'Army of Middenheim'). It's all in one of the annuals. I can dig it up if that is helpful.

I actually have both the original Storm of Chaos book and the 2003 Chronicles. I just didn't have them at work with me. I'll look them up though.

Okay, from the Chronicles 2004 book, there is a unit called Hunting Hounds (I'd prefer Hunting Pack since there are no readily available "dog" models, but plenty of good, wolf models -which I already own). They have Special Rules of Fast Cav and Forest Strider. They also can purchase an upgrade of a Hunts Master (Alpha Wolf) as you would purchase a Champion to a unit.
They have the following profile: Hunting Hound (Wolf): M7, WS3, BS3, S3, T3, W1, I3, A1, LD5. Hunt Master: M4 (But he is mounted on a horse), WS4, BS3, S3, T3, W1, I3, A1, Ld7.
They were 7 points a piece, Unit Size: 5-20.

Look at chaos hounds; I think they have an almost identical stat like and they run 6 points each. Not sure if hunting hounds cost an extra point because they can have the huntmaster but at first glance they seem a little expensive.
EDIT: on second thought 7 seems about right. Your hounds will be able to have ld7 although this cost is probably rolled into the cost of the huntmaster; maybe 7 ppm is still a little steep I'm not sure.

I don't know. I think 7 points is probably a good cost. Having Ld7 is good for a hunting pack like that. I don't know if the Huntmaster would get a LOS from the pack, but I'd hope so.
It'd also be awesome if they could be a core option. Kinda like Rat Darts.

I (nearly) finished off the Teutogen/KotWW page I had started a while back if you're still interested. It still needs the final neatening up but was wondering on people's thoughts before I bother with that. It was a bit of a squeeze to fit them both on one page but I think it would be a little sparse on their own. Should I give both the Teutogen & the KotWW the inner circle upgrade option?

so pretty!
Are the rules still up for debate? I think it'd be nice to give the teutogen guard the wolf cloak rule. fits with the models. And I would allow foot inner circles, probably for the same upgrade cost?
I don't think the inner circle improved profile is shown above. And I would assume it should say plate armor under equipment and state somewhere that the knights have barded warhorses?

They do have the Wolf Cloak rule, it is listed in their entry it just runs onto the next page. Yeah I need to try and squeeze in an additional line for Inner Circle stats. Will be problematic The other generic equipment is not generally listed in this section of an army book, it is in the roster section but I agree re plate armour etc
