Hello, TOday no update on painted models but some pictures from my 2000 pts army that I used today. I faced an Ogre army. We played for fun so I allowed the ogre player to take mournfangs as a core unit. He fielded two units of 5. One had a tyrant and one had a Bsb. I didn't help the goblins ( or more the chariots including Grom and Giant crushed his army.
strutsagget: for the goblins with spears I did the skin as following. Black undercoat, the Knarloc green, highligh with gretchin green then a wash with thrakha green. I have no idea what the new names are for these colors. Cheers, WGG

Great army, love the oop Braveheart giant.
Also seems like a great friendly game (my favourite type) with Mournfang mounted Tyrant etc.

That looks like great fun! The Goblin Chariots made up of Goblin Shields is awesome! I had to do a double-take. Very convincing.

Hello all, Yesterday I did finish my unit of 8 normal trolls. And of course a group shot of my all my currently painted trolls ( my bloodbowl troll isn't included). strutsagget: I'm glad you like the army. grandmasterwang: the giant isn't painted by me. I bought him that way and since I liked the paintjob I never redid him. If we play we try to field fun armies, I always try to field an army that has a chance to win but is also fun to play against. @redknight: If I have more time I might do a full battle report. mottdon: the list was great fun. I'm glad you like the goblin chariots. Cheers, WGG

Awesome looking trolls, I love it.
They are some of my favorite greenskin models, especially the water ones and the old blue ones (metal).
I am less a fan of the ones you painted in red, I find the models to be a little bit awkward.
But your painting is good and the unit works well together. Good job !

Hello all, I finally did some more painting. Yesterday I did finish a stegadon that got captured by some forest goblins. I have still no clue as what it will be used. My friends allowed me to use it as an engine of the goods in my goblin army... Next up is finishing a wolfchariot. I only need to do the crew so I think that will be done in the next few days. Cheers, WGG

I love the goblin stegadon!
Great idea. I don't see any reason why you couldn't use the same rules but with goblons instead of skinks.

I like the idea! Maybe instead of using some of the upgrades that the L-men have for it, like Sharpened Horns, you could write a "new" rule for it. Something like "Blunt Object" (I doubt the Goblins would be very good at sharpening it's horns without getting eaten, and would make a nice dichotomy between the rules) which could give it an additional Thunderstomp, or something like that. Make it unique to them.
