The scale was off... not by much, like 10%, but enough that I got demotivated to paint mine.
Or - at least - to spend hours on them.

Nice weathering, I like your conversions and little bits and pieces here and there, gives them loads of character.
I don't envy your skeleton spearmen though. I got sick of them after doing 40
