Great work imrillion! You've done a lot better than me with this month's pledge! (I've kinda gotten distracted with other projects from what I originally pledged.)
I love that Fleetmaster model! There's something REALLY cool about the whole Corsair Dark Elf theme! I just love the idea of them being outcasts from their ancestral home and becoming the scourge of the seas! He looks the part too! The hair is awesome. Your paint scheme is VERY close to what I did too! I think that just WORKS for the DE Pirates! Awesome job!

I finished another High Elf Prince (on foot) this weekend. I was hoping to get farther than I did, but things came up and I wasn't able to paint as much as I wanted to. Oh, well. I was sick about this model because I dropped him during this painting process, right before I was finished with him and the sword blade broke off mid-way. I've glued it back together, but it is a VERY thin connection. I don't hold out much hope for it's longevity.

Pledge COMPLETE!!! (one little highlight layer to go.. .but i just didnt wanna fail this months challenge) Things I learned... don't stick his Khaine forsaken head on before painting. The brush acrobatics to blend flesh tone over around ant through all that hair n jaw bone was torture! all up tho, hes pretty cool! He looks amazing, love the details on the cloak. I definitely think he is one of Games Workshops best dark elf miniatures. So much character.

Warpstone made his legs go long. Wandering from tribe to tribe, normal ogres struggle to trust the lanky Redmane

I have now achieved redemption for a couple of months ago when I pledged 2 completed models and only managed to deliver 1. Inspired by the great work and paint jobs in this months painting pledge I deliver one fully completed monster. I completed a Tomb Kings project I've had on the backburner for some time. So now overall I'm up to speed with my pledges. The mythical Bone Saurodon stands ready for battle.

Strutsagget, did you build those river sections yourself, or buy them - if so, where from? I've been looking for decent river sections for a couple of years now, and all the ones I've come across are better suited to 15mm wargaming rather than 28mm scale. Yours look amazing!
