No, but there are sometimes not the best times to push those things either. Had 40k been around 1946, maybe it would not have been the most smart thing to push leather coat nazi-looking things and commissars, would it? Atleast I don´t think so.
I am more "concerned" with more human factions really - is it needed? I think not. In my groups there have always been the odd Empir-player. But they usually play other things too. "Normal" humans is not the most interesting thing in the game If if you add some stupid bear cavalry or whatever. We have neglected races/factions where actual fans have invested actual time and money. It would be much better if GW gave those some love than making up new bullshit all the time to cheaply try to suck into markets they think might be full of nerds with loads of money that might invest money (read Tau). Humans, can sort of, be boring..Even how much bullshit you invent for them, borrowing from various pop-culture things. Atleast fakking bring back proper WFB, give the actual played races models again - you know, those armies where people for years supported the company by investing time and money, before bringing in some new, lame-ass made up trash copied/stolen/borrowed from various other games, movies, books etc.
That´s my two teef I can count to two, thank Gork & Mork!")

Come on everyone, I think things are going a bit far now.
@crazy_Dokta I'm certainly interested to hear what you meant by 'Russians are just kicking ass to nazi-scum right now', and I certainly hope it was some sort of joke on your part.
I don't think there is anything wrong with the way GW always originally presented the Old World nations (apart from the dumb parts of 6th Edition lore describing Albionites as cave-dwelling savages) because as I mentioned before the stereotypes at play here represent historical stereotypes, not current ones, and for as long as they continue in this path then that's fine. However I was simply concerned that because Kislev is usually interpreted as by most, principally because the Cossacks and the like fought for Russia against both Napoleon and Hitler and because Kislev is ruled by a Tsar/Tsarina, it might be less of a popular range in this current climate. I'm not saying GW should do anything to ban it or anything, I was just saying that what's currently going on may well affect the army's sales. Nothing more, nothing less.
@grimfang Gogulk I think it'd be best to wait for @crazy_Dokta to elaborate on what he meant in his last post before trying to insult him, because if he was joking then your insult was unnecessary, despite the fact that I agree with you that it is wrong for anyone to see Vladimir Putin's evil invasion of Ukraine as anything other than Hitler-esque genocide.
I think we should all calm down.

They might fit as Sons of Corruption in my Hordes of Shadow list, as they are aligned with the Dark Master, though they look too much like Samurai to fit with the Highlander or Drune themes of the Core units of the list. But then that’s no obstacle to a skilled converter.

Hi, I don't post often, but I'd like to share this post from Warhammer the Old World Facebook page. Original post by -Dreadlord- on r/slavestodarkness.

To be fair, since they released the new warriors starter box, I’m surprised the old warriors kit and the knights have still been sold. The halberd and GW packs have been gone a while so it makes sense the older kits would go too.
I can’t help but have the theme tune to the terrible 90’s show, ‘Gladiators’ in my head, when looking at the Bel’kor minions. Not sure if that was around elsewhere, but hopefully I’ve put that in a few other peoples heads now. Sharing is caring as they say 😉

I like him. I wouldn't mind a couple more "beary" khorne worshippers, fatso slaaneshi devotees and emaciated nurglites.

I do believe it could be argued that he is a Beastmen release. Hoof and horns...
Not sure if I like him, especially compared to the amazing 40k release but I'll take any Beastmen additions.

I like your thinking there! The horns, hooves, clawed hand and fanged jaws definitely work, the face looks more like that of an Ungor but if said Ungor was imbued with magical talent, she would be much more difficult to push around than her non-magical brethren, and as a Shaman that would automatically earn her some respect from the rest of the Herd. FYI: It's not a "him." The chaos sorcerer is a girl. Beastwomen exist too, I don't see why they shouldn't appear on the battlefield alongside their menfolk.
