Well I've got an exclusive preview of their new AoS Dark Elves. Twisted by the warp, and betrayed by his High Cow Elf brothers who denied him his birthright of the Phoenix Cown, I present to you - The Witch King Malecowth: Don't milk it Sedge ššššš

New giant is definitely an upgrade
But am I crazy or are the heads way too small? The position of the lower body looks a little awkward as well.

Heads are a bit small, but then giants have always been a little off from human proportions. Also, they're the inbred remnants of the sky titans so having tiny heads and tiny brains seems about right.
I definitely want one of these new giants to use as a Bonegrinder. Not sure which build I like the most - the executioner mask head is very cool but I'm not sure it's really "gianty".
It's confirmed that it's just one new giant kit that makes those three models, and reading what they've said it seems unlikely there'll be any other kits.
The new High/Light/Cow Elf is technically impressive but looks ridiculous.
The new Dark Elves - I dislike the cloaks. The second one with the two crossbows has an alternate build (shown in their video) with a knife and magicky flaming hand. Aside from the stupid trousers I like that model and it could make a good assassin. The third one I haven't seen enough to be sure.
The Snotling team I 1000% want, and to use as WFB snotlings. That's a second pump wagon for me, and another base or two of the little snotties.

^^^ Good fluff explanation for the look of the giants.
I think my tastes in design has not kept pace with the new technology. There's something about the CAD models that never really works for me.

The new giant models are very impressive and Iād been tempted to pick up one when there released. The other releases were good although am still hoping the last preview might give more infomation on the old world project previewed previously.

I like the new giant, going to be sad days when the classic one is retired

That's still long off, they mention the army is designed to field a few of each style. The current plastic is most likely their Battleline slot unit.

While I definitely like the new giants they are way too big for my taste.

These releases(snottling and giants and maybe dark elves) might be the best in a long time from GW. Not sure i will buy any as its not the races I collect but they do look great.
