Daemons HATE the other Tricksters shard as well. All of a sudden those 5+ ward saves that you have to reroll successes equate to basically no proection against that blender lord.
I LOVE that item and try to squeeze it on anyone that relies on a high damage output to win combat. Basically negates the parry save from shields and will make characters that try to hide behind their ward saves a little more uneasy

Honestly, that Undead Legions and OTS sounds like the way to go. Tool up against him the same way he tooled up against you!

Guys thank you all for the amazing feedback.
I particularly like the combo of the screaming vampire, I didn't even know that was possible.
I am definitely going to try it and will let you know how it goes.
I see better now which levers I can use and what weaknesses I can exploit.

Pro tip: If you ever get him to take a break test on a Horde or mega squad of Plague bearers flat out tell him that it's GG and that he's going to roll a 12 (killing them all due to Daemonic Instability). This has actually worked for me twice and the reaction is priceless.
If you think Nurgle Daemons are frustrating....just wait till he rolls a double 1 on his break test and all the kills you worked so hard to get come back with a vengeance.
One of my favourite games was as Chaos Dwarfs (proxying as Dwarfs due to no Tamurkhan yet)...Astragoth and his Elite Guard (proxy hammerers) are slowly getting whittled by the Plaguebearers and have lost something like 4 combats in a row but held every time due to ...well dwarfs. Finally got lucky with Astragoth going prime Fedor on the Daemons and him getting unlucky with poison and saves winning me combat by 1... A stern gaze and command from myself about it being GG and him rolling a '12' later and 44 Daemons gone in an instant... banished back to the hellspawned warp from whence they came.
I think he had a 60 horde to start with but I'd hardly dented the bloody thing. It was a big game and that was his entire core.
Never underestimate the power of suggestion!
Some good tactics in here and great point by Horace about Hexwraiths removing regeneration.
