So personally I like the second mage to be usually beasts for Wildform, especially if you have lots of melee.
As for the units, I’m personally not a fan of Wildwood rangers - I just don’t think they compare favourably to other races great weapon elites and I think wild riders do a similar job but better. On that note, I personally not leave without 2 units of wild riders, and I much prefer them to sisters of the thorn, especially when you’re already playing two wizards.
Finally, I prefer my Waywatchers in 2 units of 5, as because of no armour they pretty much always have to take panic tests when shot at anyway.

Have not tried waywatchers in units of 5 but it’s interesting and double up on shaft and war machine hunting as they are scouts. I love wild riders too but didn’t think they are necessary when having a dragon as it will fit the same role or better. I could switch rangers for a unit of riders I choose rangers this time because I find them a little bit better then people think and also wanted more RnF as it makes the list look less evasive. Might be better with 6 riders and better up on the other units. Surprised though that you didn’t find the list shooty. It brings between 54-65 shots plus HoDA. That’s why I run the second wiz as a double up on miasma as it’s cheap and always castable on a level 1. Sisters role is to be a bunker for the mage making sure she is where she is needed. And there is nothing wrong with a level 2, 5 wounds, mounted M9..., 5 poisons shooting attacks with a ward save of 4+ for a very low cost of 130p. Weaver might be a high mage as the counters is awesome on sisters. Making them almost unkillable but I find shadow awesome and flexible. At least that’s my thoughts but not sure that are right

I always want to take high magic but never seem to be able to justify it - unless taking one of those 30 glade guard with swiftshiver shards units.
As for the list being shooty, I guess I’m just comparing it to my lists that at 2500 typically have 40 GG, 10 WW, 10-12 Deepwood Scouts and HoDA.
At the end of the day I like the list - just not used to the combat style wood elves lists.

I think the list is solid and worth playing. Missing a BSB might hurt a bit though, especially since you have several combat blocks. I usually double up on my casters as well, and put one in a Sisters bunker because she can get wherever she is needed quickly and is hardly ever killed.
As for the Wildwood Rangers, I love 'em, but I usually go "all in" whenever I take them. 30-strong, with a captain carrying the Waystone, and my Lv4 taking the Acorn of ages. Having up to 4 forests pop up on the table wherever you want them, and a huge, killer unit (with a deadly Captain - GW of course) able to suddenly appear wherever they're needed, is HARD to counter! Just hope your opponent hasn't brought 4 Sabertooths to park in those forests! If you can fit in a few Wild Wider units to charge the targeted enemy when they turn to face the horde of Wildwood Rangers, then you'll crush them.
Otherwise, I think that they'll have to work in conjunction with your other units to defeat enemies. They hit hard, but just don't stand up to much in one-on-one combats.
I like the idea of Forest Dragons, but I've never had very much luck with them. Their breath attacks aren't very good and need to be used more in unison with a coordinated strategy, rather than clearing out hordes. That being said, I've never used Naestra & Arahan on Ceithin-Har before, and I've only heard good things about them.
I'd say just go for it and see how they feel, and what works for you.
