What are some ideas of different conversions any one uses for models. For instance reaper bones, or finding that cheap toy and making something awesome out of it , pictures are always welcome

My storm of magic monsters are all cheap toys you can get from the craft stores. I have a cyclopes I use as a giant, a chimera and a mammoth. Also I have a steggadon for my lizardmen made from the same type of toy. I made the howdah out of sticks and used some skink skirmishers for the crew. Besides that I haven't really kit bashed or converted my armies besides a few very basic things.

Huge fan of Reaper Bones! The material is SOOOOO easy to cut, drill, and pin. It opens up worlds of conversion possibilities.

Like 80% of my Tomb Kings army is either (1) conversions, or (2) kit bashes, or (3) "counts as" from various sources.

I have some Bones conversions, my thunder tusk rider uses a troll body and arms with ogre head and some putty work. My thunder tusk himself is an old Rackham resin Tarascus.

My favourite thing in Warhammer is monsters and i make all kinds of weird conversions. Ill use bits from whatever i have available. 40k, lotr, reaper bones etc. Boggles the Dreadmaw (using 40k bits) Whiphand the bloodthirster with reaper bones whip mutation Smechyek using whatever i could find lol The Dragonofex... one of my more demented creations. Fits the 6 limb tyranid theme, fantasy and 40k.
