Hello all Does a character get a 'look out sir' roll against a direct damage spell that can target individuals?
We had a situation where a character was 3 inches from a unit and targeted with 'curse of hashut'. Do they get a look out sir rolk?

No. Characters only get to benefit from the "look Out Sir! special rule against spells that use templates. The Curse of Hashut does not use a template, ergo...

Gehenna's Golden Hounds has an extra rule that makes it an exception to the above... It is both direct damage where you can single out a character who can roll a Look Out Sir! for each of the hits
