Knights of Bretonn... oops! I mean Knights of "Albion" from Fireforge games. Don't look as good as their historical knights IMO. More here: www.fireforge-games.com/news/albion-knights-plastic-set-2-2-2They also have Pegasus knights. Don't like the flyer stands here. What do you think about these? Would you build an army around these models? I think this is an interesting initiative, but I don't find the models convincing TBH.

To me they look like they have a slight chaos tint to them, which could be a cool army theme actually.

Ehhhh, not to my taste. They look too slapped together.
More pegasi are good, though. Just need a few swaps like the base.

Plastic GW knights made ages ago are still light year better than these, not to mention the classic metal ones. The headgears here are at the 80s level of sculping.

Nice post. Definitely do not like the weird ice cream soft serve swirl stands for the Pegasus knights but the Pegasus' themselves look good.
Of the Knights.... First one with antlers makes me think of wood elves... And the bottom one with the forward facing horns makes me think of Yoda!

Thanks for the post. Good info.
I have bought, assembled and painted a couple boxes of very similar FireForge knight minis. They are fine multi-part plastic kits and they can be found for pretty good $$$ deals. Functionally fine, but you may be left wanting a bit more for fine details and such.
I like the aesthetic of "bare bones knight": tabard, armor, weapon, helmet. But if you're used to GW levels of intricacies and features - these might not be for you.

Pagasi look cool and cheap How could you manage to praise and insult at the same time?

Maybe by squinting real hard when he looked at them? The cool part probably came from the soft-serve stands.

Aha, I meant that the winged horses look really cool and that the price is quite good. I understand the confusion 🙂 I agree that the knights themselves could be better

My main issue with the Peggy Knights is the heads... which is easily fixable, either with clippers and file, or a headswap. Worst case, a whole rider swap. Late medieval riders (or heads), I can find. Affordable peggies, not so much.

Can't get excited about Fireforge's work personally.

I feel like Fireforge's fantasy offerings lag behind even Mantic.
