Hi everyone! I hope this is the right forum for sharing this!
The Conquest of Lustria is a a large-scale Warhammer 8th edition campaign I wrote intended for a full playgroup that includes RPG elements, territory claiming, a currency system, and a unique item mechanic intended to save you points on characters in order to field larger/more units to really make you feel like the commander of an empire. I created this campaign book several years ago as an exploration of adding RPG elements and a narrative to playing games of Warhammer.
The inspiration for this was a Lustria campaign that I GM'd for a playgroup I'd had years earlier. It really made coming back to play week to week more of a priority for a lot of people, and everyone had a lot of fun making up characters and seeing how their weekly battles changed the story. I ended up having a lot of fun creating scenarios and special items, and knew I eventually wanted to make it a complete system/book.
