SO I've been working on this on the back burner for a little while and I thought that I should get it out there in the world for second opinions before Mathias Eliasson puts out his version. Full credit to Mathias Eliasson for creating the 8th edition rules for Shallyan and Ulrican prayer/priests and full credit to GW for the rules for Sigmarite prayers/priests. This is my first homebrew so please be a little gentle. Prices are place holders, I have no idea how much these would be worth. I've only done the minimum of testing to go along with my mathhammer.
