Yeah, the low Ld is always going to be a big weakness for Ogres, but with a Tyrant rolling up behind the crew, that's about as good as it'll get for them I think.
And, yes, the cannon battery will always be a concern, but even then, with say, 5 cannons, between all of them, they have to come up with 30 wounds. It'd be real lucky if they managed to come up with that many, and it'd also take at least two rounds of shooting (unless each cannon did D6 wounds each) to kill them all off. There's a pretty good chance that some of them will get into CC.
Also, at 4000 points, firing lanes start to get clogged pretty quickly. (My friends and I don't play as though you can site through a figure's legs.) Dwarves would be my main concern for this though. They're so dang accurate and tough as heck.

I personally played a very nice gent at a Tourney. This Tourney was quite close to the advent of AoS. Well, he was nice enough but he played some seriously WAAC games with his Ironblaster that I did not like. >> He had a pocket laser pointer and the "Lines of Sight" he drew with it would originate in a very obscure corner of the base of his Ironblaster for some very, IMHO, unfair shots. He would use the head of the actual model to determine true line of sight and then draw whatever geometric theoretical line he wanted. Typically, this meant he was able to draw a line through 4 of my Demigryphs at any given time. This was (1) a gaming advantage for him and (2) took a lot of time and (3) felt very NOT in the spirit of the game. I am never one to call a T.O. so I just played on (and won). That one game soured me on the Ironblaster forever. A cannon that can move, and move SEVEN to boot, and still shoot a S10 cannonball? Whatever. Also, just for full reading comparison... Above here is a post I wrote about a year ago RE: Ironblasters....

Also, I should mention that I think the single best "UNIT" in the Ogre army list is an Ironblaster. BEST as in for winning games. A big mobile cannon? It can move and shoot? It's still S10? And it isn't a bunch of weedy gits for crew? No sir, It's a monster. Dude can fight. I know we're not trying to win (WAAC) here, but having NO Ironblaster could be seen as a weakness. A cannon is a helpful tool to kill other monsters. But maybe you'd rather have the monsters fight each other. Yeah, I'm building an Ironblaster right now. But I really thought that seeing 5 of these HUGE monsters on the table would looks super-cool!
